Welcome to the Quaker Meeting House at Liverpool One. We are open seven days a week and our rates remain level throughout the year.

We are a city centre, purpose-built conference facility with natural light in all the meeting rooms. In spite of our location the Quaker Meeting House is a calm and peaceful space. The entire building is flat access; there are lifts to all floors with disabled facilities on all floors.

Our two major first floor meeting rooms have audio-loops fitted.

There is a choice of six rooms varying in capacity from 12 to 150 seated delegates.

Catering can be provided at anytime of the day; anything from a buffet lunch to a hot breakfast or a sit-down dinner.

The Quaker Meeting House is alcohol-free and gambling is not permitted in the venue.

No hidden costs. You may have the free use of the following as part of your hire. You need only to bring your own laptop:

•Screens

•Projector stands

•Extension leads

•Wi-fi

•Overhead projector

•Static mikes

•Radio mike

You can arrive by rail and be in the Quaker Meeting House within minutes. The Liverpool One bus station is even closer. Q Parks, a modern, secure and clean car park, is literally two minutes away.

As the Quaker Meeting House is in the middle of Liverpool One, there is a vast choice of eateries, restaurants, hotels and shops right on the doorstep.

The primary aim of our professional staff is to assist you to make your event as calm and enjoyable as possible.

Bookings are priced per session. There are three sessions per day: morning, afternoon and evening.

Please allow time for setting-up and closing-down
within your booked session(s).

Prices from 1st January 2012

Large Meeting Room (seats 150 max.) £110, or room hire with use of concourse kitchen £135

Small Meeting Room (seats 60 max.) £74, or room hire with use of concourse kitchen £89

Library (seats 12 max.) £50, or room hire with use of concourse kitchen £62

Institute (seats 40 max.) £61, or room hire with use of adjacent 2nd floor kitchen £76

Lecture Room (seats 30) rates as per Institute. This room has movable tables you can set out to your own needs.

There are special rates for booking the whole of the 1st floor and for booking this floor in back-to-back sessions:

One session £210, 2 sessions £420, 3 sessions £632
