The Quaker Meeting House in Liverpool
22  School Lane,  Liverpool L1 3BT

SUMMARY OF CONDITIONS and FEES.

[For complete terms and fees please refer to our booking form.]
In accordance with Quaker principles we exclude organisations which advocate hatred or violence. We do not permit gambling or the consumption of alcohol on these religious premises. We preferentially let to socially responsible and needy organisations; this means that we need occasionally to exercise judgement over priority of access, but we feel that this is preferable to rationing by price and ask for your understanding in this matter if it should arise.

We are a religious charity, and while we can make equipment (e.g. digital projector) available we cannot offer services such as projector operation or catering. However, the facilities are available for you to organise these services yourself; for instance, we can arrange for the provision of our fully-equipped kitchen, or if you wish you can employ an outside caterer.

We ask that you note the condition and layout of the room at the commencement of your use, and endeavour to return it to the same condition and layout before leaving. The Manager is there to provide administration and security. She will do her best to ensure the success of your meeting, but is not able to act as a porter or general assistant.

Bookings are priced per session. There are three sessions per day: morning, afternoon and evening.

Please allow time for setting-up and closing-down within your booked session(s).
